Payments

We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Bank Transfer & all other acceptable methods of payment. Once the payment is made you will be given the consultation within prescribed time as discussed between both the parties.

We reserve the right to reject the request for consultations if we find it unethical or unfit. In that case money will be refunded to the account from which it was sent within suitable time & method as per ease & guidelines of Banks, Payment Gateway & other financial institutions. In case extra time is taken by system to refund the money due to any reason, the customer/client will have to wait & Astroz Pearls will not be held responsible for any such delay.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a Consultation after making the payment please inform us at astrozpearls@gmail.com immediately.

It can be cancelled only within 24 Hours of payment made/received by Astroz Pearls only if any Report has not been made or Site Visit for Vastu has not been scheduled/done.

Refunds

Astroz Pearls does not offer any refunds once the Consultation is given or Site Visit has been scheduled/done for Vastu. If you are not satisfied with the Consultation you may ask Astroz Pearls for further clarification but once the report is made/delivered or Site Visit has been scheduled/done for Vastu, no refunds are issued.
